Janice Molnar

Janice M. Molnar, Ph.D. is Deputy Commissioner of the Division of Child Care Services in the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, providing oversight and monitoring of more than 21,000 regulated child care providers and another 47,000 legally-exempt providers in New York State. Trained as a developmental psychologist, her career includes work in the public and non-profit sectors, concentrating on program and policy issues affecting children, youth, and families.
