Brendan Adams, a high school freshman, is a junior board member for the Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Foundation, located in the great state of Texas. Brendan first began his philanthropy training in the Spring of 2014 with his first of many site visits.  As his passion for philanthropy grew, he attended his first Youth Philanthropy Connect (YPC) conference shortly after and became a member of the Leadership Team in 2014. Brendan has helped plan YPC’s regional gathering in Houston, TX and is now helping plan the YPC 2016 International Conference in Anaheim, CA.  Brendan has used the tools he has learned through YPC and applied those skills towards his role with the Junior Board, by recently choosing to fund 6 non-profits in the Laredo, Texas area. The first of many milestones!
